Although old cast members appear in various episodes (aside from Jerry Seinfeld of course), The Over-Cheer is the only episode to have some of them play their old characters. Jason Alexander reprised his role as George Costanza and Wayne Knight reprised his role as Newman.
In addition to Jerry Seinfeld, people associated with the series Seinfeld (1989) who have appeared on the show include Larry David, Michael Richards, Jason Alexander, Wayne Knight and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
A minivan (usually a Honda Odyssey) is always following Jerry and his guest. It is one of the cars with the crew in it.
When the show was moved to Netflix, all episodes done from that point had product placement of Lavazza Italian coffee.
The episode with then-President Barack Obama is the only episode where they didn't go driving around, as the Secret Service would not allow the two off the premises.
