ONDC, or Open Network for Digital Commerce, is an initiative to provide businesses and vendors with an e-commerce platform featuring lower commission fees and greater benefits compared to other third-party e-commerce platforms. Famous chain Domino's is now available on the ONDC network on PhonePe's Pincode app, which is one such platform where you can order pizza at a lower cost compared to Zomato or Swiggy. As of now, the app operates in select regions of Delhi-NCR, with plans to expand its reach in the near future.

Why does Domnio's cost more on Zomato and Swiggy?
Domino's operates on all major online apps, primarily Zomato and Swiggy, and also runs its own delivery app.
Unlike other food vendors, Domino's handles its own deliveries, typically causing a significant increase in the cost of orders.
Domino's and other food vendors generally incur substantial commissions, sometimes reaching up to 30 percent of the total amount, which they must pay on their orders.
Customers bear the brunt of these extra costs, as they end up paying inflated prices for these products, which are usually much more affordable when dining in.
How to order Domino's using Pincode App

Users have the option to place orders from Domino's through the Pincode app, and it has a user interface similar to apps like Zomato, Swiggy, and Zepto.
The app extends its services beyond food delivery, with retail offerings like groceries, fruits and vegetables, pet care, and more.
Orders made through Pincode come with a lower price tag compared to Zomato and Swiggy. The orders are approximately 15-20% cheaper on Pincode.
Users might not have the opportunity to enjoy ongoing discounts offered by Domino's on platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy.
