The iPhone 15 series is highly expected to come with USB-C ports.
The two phones are seen enjoying a spa day with the iPhone recollecting the time Apple introduced 'Slide to unlock' feature. The iPhone then goes on to mention how the Pixel and other Android phones are up ahead with features such as unblurring photos, AI answering calls, and all, but it also adds how it still has some tricks up its sleeve with one of them being 'USB-C'. The video ends with the Pixel saying how the iPhone is finally getting USB-C.
This feature will definitely be a major upgrade for Apple's iPhones but it's one that has been available on Android phones for years. Better late than never, Apple will finally embrace universal charging, which will also lead to faster charging for the iPhone 15 series. This is all still under wraps for the final announcement but there have been reliable sources that confirm USB-C for the iPhone 15.
Apple has scheduled September 12th for its 'Wonderlust' event where it's highly expected to unveil the new iPhones. This time too, we're expecting at least four new iPhones including the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max (Ultra). In addition to USB-C, all four iPhones are also said to come with Dynamic Island making way for the pill-shaped notch.
The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models will go through significant design changes with titanium bodies replacing stainless steel. Apple is also expected to introduce two new gray and blue colours for the Pro models.
