Google Pixel Fold is coming on May 10th: company teases first official look

The teaser is a short 8-second video but it shows the full design of the Pixel Fold. One would be reminded of the OPPO Find N with its book-like design that opens up to look like a tablet. The outer screen takes up the entire front panel, while the back houses the camera module like we’ve seen on the Pixel 7 series. There’s also a selfie camera inside the Fold which can be used when you open it up. The Pixel Fold teased is in a gold finish with a shiny metal frame covering the device. 

The design, with its chunky bezels and broad frame, is in line with the renders and a purported live video that had leaked previously.

Google Pixel Fold price, specifications (expected)

• The Google Pixel Fold is expected to feature a 5.8-inch outer display, and a 7.6-inch interior display.
• The new foldable will most likely be powered by the in-house Tensor G2 chipset which is the same as the Pixel 7 series.
• It is also rumoured that the Pixel Fold will weigh over 280 grams, and it will be equipped with the most durable hinge.

The rumoured Google Pixel Fold price is reportedly over $1,700 which translates to almost Rs 1.4 lakh. With less than a week to go for the Google I/O conference we will get to know all about the Pixel Fold very soon. There are more devices launching at this event and one of them is the Pixel 7a. Google is also expected to finally make the Pixel Tablet official at I/O 2023.
