• The Chinese regulatory listing revealed the iPhone 15 has a 3,349mAh battery (rated capacity) and a wattage of 12.981Wh. The iPhone 15 Plus has a capacity of 4383mAh.
• The iPhone 15 Pro has a 4,383mAh battery and a wattage of 16.950Wh, while the Pro Max version has a 4,422mAh capacity. 
• In comparison, the iPhone 14 series has 3,279mAh, 4,325mAh (iPhone 14 Plus), 3,200mAh (iPhone 14 Pro), and 4,323mAh (iPhone 14 Pro Max) capacities, respectively.

Separately, according to the Japanese publication Mac Otakara, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro models are only capable of up to 27W peak charging speeds with a compatible USB-C power brick. The source of the article remains unclear at the moment but the iPhone 15 Pro appears to be retaining the same charging speeds as the predecessor, the iPhone 14 Pro.

What's surprising is back in August there were reports that some iPhone 15 models would support up to 35W charging speeds but these reports appear to be inaccurate. Similar to iPhone 14 models, Apple says all four iPhone 15 phones can charge up to 50 percent in just 30 minutes with a 20W or higher charger.

Last year, the ChargerLAB publication concluded that Apple's 30W USB-C power adapter could charge the iPhone 14 Pro models at speeds up to 27W. This will likely remain the same case for the iPhone 15 Pro.
