iQOO Neo 9 series could be launched soon

• The iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro phones have appeared (via) on the IMEI database.
• The phones bear the model numbers V2338A and V2339A, respectively.
• The IMEI listing confirms the marketing name of the phones

• To recall, the iQOO Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro debuted in May 2023 in China and come with Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 and Dimensity 9200 Plus chipsets.
• There are speculations the iQOO Neo 9 could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, while the Neo 9 Pro will be equipped with the Dimensity 9300.
• The launch date of the iQOO Neo 9 series is not clear at the moment but might debut around the first quarter of 2024.

• Display: The iQOO Neo 8 series sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 92.9 percent screen-to-body ratio, 2800×1260 resolution, and a 2160Hz PWM.
• Processor: The iQOO Neo 8 Pro is powered by the new Dimensity 9200+ processor with Immortalis-G715. While the standard iQOO Neo 8 ships with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 and Adreno GPU.
• RAM and Storage: Up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.
• OS: The iQOO Neo 8 lineup runs on Android 13 OS with Origin OS 3.0 out of the box.
• Cameras: The iQOO Neo 8 features a 50MP primary camera sensor and a 2MP Bokeh lens. The iQOO Neo 8 Pro has a 50MP Sony IMX866V main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor. There will be a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies.
• Battery: The iQOO Neo 8 series packs a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support over a USB Type-C charging port.
• Connectivity: Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
