The top-tier variant of the iQOO Z6 5G costs less than the base variant of the iQOO Z7 5G post the new price drop. Here's everything you need to know about the newly introduced price cut on the iQOO Z6 5G.
iQOO has introduced a price drop of Rs 1,000 for its iQOO Z6 5G smartphone in the country. The base variant of the iQOO Z6 5G, which has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, will now cost Rs 14,499 compared to its initial price tag of Rs 15,499. The mid-tier offering with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, which was earlier available for Rs 16,999, can now be bought for Rs 15,999. Lastly, the top-tier memory variant of the iQOO Z6 5G, which has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, can now be bought for Rs 16,999, compared to the initial price of Rs 17,999.
Adding more to the discount, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank cardholders also get to enjoy a flat Rs 1,000 discount on the purchase of the iQOO Z6 5G, thereby lowering the price even further. If you notice carefully, the top-tier iQOO Z6 5G variant is now priced lesser than the starting variant of the iQOO Z7 5G in the country.
Meanwhile, the iQOO Z7 5G has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 18,999 for the 6GB+128GB model. There is also a a flat Rs 1,500 instant discount on ICICI and HDFC debit/credit cards, no-cost EMI, and free colour earphones.
Starting with the display of the device, the iQOO Z6 5G features a 6.58-inch FHD+ IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device comes equipped with a Snapdragon 695 processor, up to 8GB RAM, and up to 128GB storage. In terms of cameras, the device offers a 50MP + 2MP + 2MP triple rear camera setup and a 16MP selfie snapper. In terms of OS, the iQOO Z6 5G boots Android 12-based FunTouchOS 12 skin out of the box.
