Leading telecom operator Jio has rolled out new offers for its annual prepaid plan worth Rs 2,999 as part of Republic Day celebrations. It comes with a validity of 365 days, unlimited voice calls, 5G data, and much more. It is worth noting that this plan is, in fact, a pre-existing plan. However, on the occasion of Republic Day, the company is enhancing the offering by including additional coupons and special offers with the plan.
Jio Rs 2,999 prepaid plan price, benefits
- Priced at Rs 2,999, the Republic Day plan by Reliance Jio has a validity of 365 days.
- In this plan, users receive daily access to 2.5GB of 5G data, along with unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS.

On the other hand, Jio recently introduced additional data benefits for specific prepaid plans. The telecom network provides an extra 6GB of data for the Rs 399 prepaid plan, applicable throughout the plan’s validity period.
Initially, this plan offered 3GB of data per day and remained valid for 28 days. It includes unlimited calls to any network, 100 daily SMS, and access to JioCinema, Jio TV, and Jio Cloud platforms. Eligible customers can also enjoy unlimited 5G network support.
Meanwhile, the Rs 219 prepaid plan from Jio received an extra 2GB of data usable throughout the plan’s validity. The plan typically features 3GB of data per day and has a validity of 14 days. It provides unlimited calls to any network, 100 daily SMS, and access to JioCinema, Jio TV, and Jio Cloud platforms. Like the Rs 399 plan, it has unlimited 5G network support for eligible customers.
