Jio is now offering extra data with select prepaid plans. This new change is already reflected on the company’s website. The telecom network is offering 6GB of extra data with its Rs 399 prepaid plan, and 2GB of high-speed data with the Rs 219 plan.

Here’s a detailed look at the two recharge plans that now offer extra data.
Jio Rs 399 prepaid plan: The Jio Rs 399 prepaid plan will now offer 6GB extra day and this can be used throughout the plan validity. The pack usually offers 3GB data per day and has a validity of 28 days. This offers unlimited calls to any network, 100 SMS each day, and access to JioCinema, Jio TV, and Jio Cloud platforms. The plan also offers unlimited 5G network support for eligible customers.
Jio Rs 219 prepaid plan: The Jio Rs 219 prepaid plan is now getting 2GB extra day and this can be used throughout the plan validity. The pack offers 3GB data per day, 14 days of validity, unlimited calls to any network, and 100 SMS each day. The plan offers access to JioCinema, Jio TV, and Jio Cloud platforms. The plan also offers unlimited 5G network support for eligible customers.
As said, this new data addition is already reflected on Jio website for customers to recharge. The extra data should come in handy to stream content and since there’s no daily limit for this, you can use the data however you want to.
Do note JioCinema premium plan is not included in the complementary JioCinema subscription. This needs to be subscribers separately at a paid plan, which costs Rs 999 per year.
