Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is the company’s premium flagship that debuted back in March globally and found its way to the Indian market recently. While the phone was unveiled running Android 11 OS out of the box, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra global variant with the model number M2102K1G has now appeared on the Geekbench V5.4.1 benchmarking platform with Android 12 OS. It is likely that the phone is running the Android 12 beta version since the stable build has not been rolled out yet. Xiaomi announced that the Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11, Mi 11i, and Mi 11X Pro are available for the Android 12 Developer Preview Program.

The new Geekbench listing shows the handset is running Android 12 OS. It also comes with 12GB of RAM and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G SoC. The device has managed to score 1116 in the single-core round and 2845 in the multi-core segment.

Mi 11 Ultra specifications

The Mi 11 Ultra sports a 6.81-inch QHD+ Samsung E4 AMOLED display with 3200×1440 pixels resolution, a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, 480Hz touch sampling rate, quad-curve panel, 100 percent DCI-P3 Wide Color Gamut, 1700nits peak brightness, HDR10+, MEMC, and 10bit colour depth. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 888 5G SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. It runs on Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 custom skin out of the box and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 67W wired fast-charging, 67W wireless charging, and 10W reverse charging support fuels the phone. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS (L1 + L5), NFC, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.

Mi 11 Ultra packs a triple camera setup at the back with a 50MP ISOCELL GN2 primary sensor with f/1.95 aperture, OIS, LED, laser autofocus, a 48MP Sony IMX586 ultra-wide-angle lens with OIS and f/2.2 aperture, and a 48MP Sony IMX586 telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, 120x digital zoom and OIS. It has a 20MP snapper on the front for the selfie snapper. The phone has a secondary display on the back that can surface notifications, mirror the main display and also work as AOD and is also IP68 rated for water and dust resistance. It measures 164.3mm X 74.6mm X 8.8mm and weighs 225 grams.

The Mi 11 Ultra was launched in India at Rs 69,999 for the lone 12GB/256GB version. However, the sale has been delayed until further announcement owing to the Covid-19 crisis across the country.
