Moto G Play 2024 has been launched officially in the US. This is the brand’s latest budget offering in the G-series. The handset is protected by ThinkShield for Mobile and features the latest Moto Secure features and Moto Unplugged. The phone has a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout, a square-camera module to house single sensor, and has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.

Moto G Play 2024 is priced at $149.99 (around Rs 12,500) and comes in Sapphire Blue colour options. The unlocked model will be on sale from Amazon.com, Best Buy, and the Motorola website starting February 8th. The handset will also be sold via most leading carriers as well.

The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC with Adreno 610 GPU for graphics. The chipset is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB UFS 2.2 storage, which is further expandable up to 512GB via a micro SD card.
The Moto G Play 2024 runs on Android 13 OS with My UX custom skin out of the box. Moving to optics, the phone has a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and LED flash. There is an 8MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats.
