Unfortunately, the specifications of the phone are unknown at the moment but noted tipster Abhishek Yadav has shared the renders of the Moto G42 showing off the entire design.
Moto G42 design
The Moto G42’s design is all but familiar. It has a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper and a noticeable bottom bezel. The volume rocker and power button with a fingerprint sensor embedded are on the right edge. The SIM tray section is on the left spine. The USB Type-C port, primary microphone, and speaker grille are at the bottom. It has a rectangular module on the back to house triple camera lenses and an LED flash.
There’s the iconic ‘Moto’ dimple on the back and the phone can be seen in the Gold colour option but there could be other choices at launch. That’s pretty much it about the design.
Moto G42 specifications (rumoured)
According to the FCC certification, the Moto G42 will be a 4G-only phone so we can expect a mid-range Snapdragon or Helio chipsets on board. The listing shows it will boot Android 12 OS out of the box with near-stock Android UI, NFC and dual SIM support. We should learn more specifications of the phone going forward. Stick around.
