The upcoming smartphone has been spotted on the Geekbench website, which reveals that it will be powered by a Qualcomm chipset, and paired with at least 8GB of RAM. It has also been spotted on several certification websites, including the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), 3C, and the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) among others. The upcoming Motorola Razr 40 Ultra scored 1285 points on the single-core test and 3810 points on the multi-core test in Geekbench 6. The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra appeared with the model number Motorola XT2321-1 on the benchmarking website and it is revealed that the phone will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with a maximum clock speed of 3.19GHz and paired with 8GB of RAM. It is seen that the phone will run Android 13 with a layer of MyUX 5 on top.

The report suggests that if the phone is indeed the Razr Plus or the Razr Pro, then it will have a big cover display. Although the exact screen size is not yet known, recent leaks suggest that the cover display will be larger than the 3.26-inch cover display found on the OPPO Find N2 Flip. The device is expected to have a 6.7-inch OLED foldable display with a refresh rate of 144Hz on the inside.
