Last week, we learned that Motorola will be launching a new tablet in India during the upcoming Flipkart Big Billion Days sale. Now 91mobiles has further learned from tipster Yogesh Brar that Motorola would also be launching a new TV in India alongside the tablet on October 1st. However, we don’t have much information about the upcoming Motorola-branded TV yet, but we do know quite a lot about Motorola’s upcoming tablet. The Android-powered tablet will be a budget offering dubbed Moto Tab 8 and will be aimed at entertainment and education.

Moto Tab 8 specifications, features, price in India

The upcoming Moto Tab 8 will be rebadged Lenovo Tab M8 FHD. This means the Moto Tab 8 will sport an 8-inch FHD display and will run stock Android user interface. It will be powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio P22T chipset paired with 4GB RAM and 32GB/ 64GB of internal storage. Moto Tab 8 will be available in both Wi-Fi and cellular variants. The Moto Tab 8 will feature a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. It will boast a 5,000 battery, with support for USB Type-C charging.

The Moto Tab 8 price in India will be less than Rs 20,000, we have learnt. The Lenovo Tab M8 retails for Rs 13,999 on Flipkart.

The Motorola 75-inch 4K HDR smart TV is powered by Android Pie.

As far as the Motorola TV is concerned, there’s no information about its screen size, features, price in India at the moment.

To recall, Motorola debuted in the TV segment in 2019 with the Motorola TV lineup. The series included 32-inch, 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch models with a borderless display, AmphiSoundX technology, and MEMC technology. The TVs were launched with Android TV Pie OS out of the box with support for Google Play access. The connectivity options included 4x HDMI port, USB port, TV input, SPDIF port, built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The Motorola TVs were launched at a starting price of Rs 13,999.
