HMD Global-owned Nokia has launched a new clamshell-designed flip feature phone called the new Nokia 2780 Flip in the US. The phone's features include dual displays, FM Radio, MP3 support, and Wi-Fi support. The phone also supports VoLTE and Real-time text (RTT), which lets users use text to communicate during a phone call.

The new offering by Nokia comes with a dual display but does not support a touchscreen option. It also offers a T9 keyboard and is currently launched only for US users at a price of USD 89.99 (around Rs 7,400).

The Nokia 2780 Flip is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 215, an upgrade from the Snapdragon 205 that powers its predecessor. On the company website, it is mentioned that the phone is paired with 4GB RAM and 512 MB internal storage. It also houses a 1450mAh removable battery. The phone supports real-time text, Bluetooth 4.2, and LTE connectivity.The Nokia 2780 Flip comes in two different colour options, red and blue.

In September, Nokia launched the Nokia 2660 Flip in India with dual screens, long battery life, and several other features. It also supported FM radio and MP3 Player for entertainment. The Nokia 2660 Flip comes in three colour options -- blue, red, and black -- and was launched with a price tag of Rs 4,699.
