OnePlus Ace 2 Pro vs OnePlus 11: Display and performance

Display

The new OnePlus Ace 2 Pro comes with a 6.74-inch 120Hz OLED panel manufactured by BOE. The OnePlus 11 on the other hand has a Samsung-manufactured LTPO panel capable of going down to just 1Hz. While the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is brighter with 1,600-nits peak brightness, the OnePlus 11 features Dolby Vision technology and both displays are slightly curved at the edges.

Performance

Both phones feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with 3.2GHz peak clock speed, LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. There is a stark difference between the storage option as OnePlus Ace 2 Pro provides up to 24GB RAM coupled with 1TB storage. The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro features a much larger heat dissipation area while the OnePlus 11 provides better haptics during gaming.

OnePlus Ace 2 Pro vs OnePlus 11: Camera, charging and protection

Cameras

A major difference between these two devices is the camera setup. While both phones feature the same 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor with OIS, the OnePlus 11 features better hardware for focusing and Hasselblad tuning on all three cameras. The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro’s disappointing ultra-wide and macro camera setup is not seen on the OnePlus 11 which provides high-resolution wide and telephoto sensors. 8K video recording is only present on the OnePlus 11, too.

Battery and fast charging

The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro shines with its 150W charging speed which is coupled with SUPERVOOC S power management chip. Both phones have the same 5,000mAh battery and come with an adapter in-box and claim 4 years of worry-free usage thanks to reduced battery degradation.

Other features

The OnePlus 11 comes with an IP64 water and dust resistance rating and Gorilla Glass Victus on the front. OnePlus Ace 2 Pro features an Asahi Glass AGC on the front and Gorilla Glass 5 at the back. It is also expected to remain exclusive to the Chinese market with no rebrands expected to launch outside the country while the OnePlus 11 is available globally. OnePlus Open, the brand’s first foldable phone, is expected to make its global debut soon.
