OnePlus has cancelled all recent free OnePlus 30W Wireless Charger orders which were placed on its India website following a technical error. The company has acknowledged there was a website error which resulted in the charger showing up for free. It has also apologised to all buyers who took benefit of this accidental deal and is giving away a Rs 800 coupon discount straight to their accounts.

A few days back, the OnePlus Warp Charge 30W Wireless Charger and the OnePlus Nord CE 2 sandstone bumper phone case were showing up at Rs 0 on the official OnePlus website.
The original price of the OnePlus wireless charger is Rs 3,999 and the case is priced at Rs 790. So, these were a surprising deal and, mind you, OnePlus hadn’t advertised anything. People who were lucky to spot the deals bought the products for free.
OnePlus upon realizing the mistake came out with the apology statement.

“We regret to inform you that your order for the OnePlus 30W Wireless Charger will be canceled due to an incorrect price set. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. As a token of our apology, we will be issuing a new coupon worth ₹800 off on accessory purchases of ₹1500 or more. This coupon will be credited to your account directly”.
