OnePlus 12 expected to get a price bump
On X (formerly Twitter), tipster Yogesh Brar said that the upcoming OnePlus 12 is expected to be priced higher than its predecessor because of a few reasons.
- As per the tipster, the OnePlus 12 might feature a similar BOE display as the OPPO Find X6 Pro.
- The tipster noted that this display is distinctive because it doesn’t have the green line problems that have been a recurring issue with past OnePlus devices.
- Brar suggests that screens from Samsung Display and the Chinese manufacturer Tianma have experienced an excessive number of green line problems.
- The tipster believes that this, combined with a bigger battery and enhanced cameras, might make the upcoming OnePlus 12 more expensive than the OnePlus 11. However, he did not reveal the exact price of the upcoming phone.
- It is worth noting that the OnePlus 11 is available in two configurations – one with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, priced at Rs 56,999.
- Meanwhile, the higher-end version with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage costs Rs 61,999 in India.
