Now, the tablet has appeared on China’s 3C certification. This reveals the model number and the fast charging details of the phone.

OPPO Pad 3 launch could be held soon

The OPPO Pad 3 bears the model number OPD2404, as per China’s 3C certification spotted by MySmartPrice.
The listing also confirms the tablet will come with 67W SuperVOOC fast charging support. In comparison, the OPPO Pad 2 also comes with the same 67W speed.

The charger has the model number VCB7OACH and it supports 10W (5V/2A) and 67W (11V/6.1A) fast charging speeds.

OPPO Pad lineup is the flagship offering considering the previous gen model came with a 2.8K display, MediaTek Dimenensity 9000 SoC, and Dolby Vision. Then there is the OPPO Pad Neo and Pad Air series, which are aimed at mid-range and budget segments.

OPPO Pad 3: what we know so far

Tipster DigitalChatStation recently leaked some key details of the tablet. According to him, the tablet will come with a 12.1-inch LCD display, a 144Hz refresh rate, 900nits peak brightness and 3K resolution. In comparison, the predecessor came with an 11.6-inch 2.5D curved glass display.

The tablet is expected to house a 13MP primary camera and an 8MP front camera for selfies. The OPPO Pad 3 will reportedly be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which will be an upgrade from the Dimensity 9000 on the OPPO Pad 2. The chipset could be paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

The tablet could be equipped with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. The OPPO Pad 3 might debut as the OnePlus Pad 2 in the global markets. Historically, OPPO tablets have been rebranded as OnePlus Pads globally, so there are chances the OPPO Pad 3 will debut as OnePlus Pad 2 globally. The OPPO Pad 3 might but in the second half of 2023.
