POCO F4 is scheduled to debut soon in India and globally and will arrive as the successor to the POCO F3. The leaked live images of the phone have revealed the entire design in full glory, including the rear camera module. The handset can be seen in a Green colour option. Now, ahead of the announcement, the company has confirmed the POCO F4 will ship with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. POCO says this is the most optimised Snapdragon 800 series chipset and enables 5G network support.

The POCO F4 is speculated to be a rebadged version of the Redmi K40S with regards to design and specifications. This adds more value now considering the Redmi K40S also ships with the Snapdragon 870 chipset.

POCO F4 is said to come with a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage that should be further expandable via a microSD card. It runs on Android 12-based MIUI 13 out of the box and packs a 4500mAh (Typical) battery with 67W fast charging.

The POCO F4 packs triple cameras on the back, with a 64MP primary sensor instead of a 48MP lens on the Redmi K40S. The main sensor is paired with an 8MP 119-degree ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro camera. It could have a 20MP selfie shooter on the front for selfies and video chats. Connectivity features could include 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C.
