At the same time, the Vivo T1 5G is available in two colour options – Starlight Balck and Rainbow Fanty. The POCO M4 Pro 5G starts at Rs 14,999 while the Vivo T1 comes in at Rs 15,990. Vivo T1 5G design
The Vivo T1 5G has a boxy design with flat edges and a plastic back. The device has a square camera bump at the back and Vivo branding. The handset houses a volume rocker paired with a fingerprint sensor embedded underneath the power button. It has a speaker grille, USB Type-C port, microphone, and a 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom. Vivo T1 has a waterdrop notch display with thick bezels on the front.

The POCO M4 Pro 5G has curved sides with rounded edges and a plastic back. The smartphone has a rectangular dual-camera island that houses a square primary cutout paired with another square module for a secondary camera unit and LED flashlight on the left and POCO branding on the right. The phone houses a power button that doubles up as a fingerprint scanner paired with volume rockers on the left. It has a speaker grille, microphone, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom. POCO M4 Pro has a centred punch-hole cutout with thin bezels on the front.

Processor, storage, and RAM

POCO M4 Pro 5G comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G chipset paired with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Whereas, the Vivo T1 comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G processor paired with an Adreno 619 GPU. Both devices come in three storage options – 4GB/64GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/128GB unit.

The performance of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor is slightly better than MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset in terms of benchmarks. However, users won’t notice much difference in real-life day to day usage.

Battery

Both Poco M4 Pro and Vivo T1 pack a 5,000mAh battery that can easily last a full day of moderate usage. The T1 5G comes with an 18W charger. Whereas, the M4 Pro comes with a 33W fast charger that is claimed to fully charge the device in 59 minutes.

Connectivity

In terms of connectivity, both come with similar connectivity features, including 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C port for charging. Both boot Android 11 out of the box. POCO runs MIUI 12.5 skin, and Vivo runs Funtouch 12 skin on top.
