Xiaomi is holding an event in India on March 9th where the brand is expected to launch the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G and Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G. These were originally unveiled globally back in January and are expected to retain similar specifications. Redmi Note Note 11 Pro, Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G prices in India

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G will be available in two variants: 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB. The device will be priced at Rs 16,999 and Rs 18,999, respectively. Colour options for the Redmi Note 11 Pro include Sky Blue, Phantom White, and Stealth Black colours.

On the other hand, the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G will also come in 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB variants and will cost 21,999 and Rs 23,999, respectively. The phone will come in Mirage Blue, Phantom White, and Stealth Black colours.

According to the report, the first sale of the Redmi Note 11 Pro series will be on March 15th via Amazon, Mi stores, and retail outlets in India.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+ 5G flaunt a 6.67 FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1200nits peak brightness, DCI-P3 colour gamut, 360Hz touch sampling rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5. While the former will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G96, the Note 11 Pro+ 5G ships with the Snapdragon 695 SoC. Both phones have a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.

The phones run on Android 11 based MIUI 13 custom skin out of the box and have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies. Connectivity features include 5G (on the Redmi Note 11 Pro+), 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, USB Type-C port, and Bluetooth 5.0.

Moving to optics, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G model has a quad-camera setup, comprising of a 108MP primary sensor paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a couple of 2MP sensors for depth and macro. The 5G version has triple sensors, including a 108MP primary, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle, and a 2MP macro unit.
