Redmi Pad launched in three variants, and at a starting price of Rs 14,999. Starting with the base model of Redmi Pad (3GB + 64GB), it was priced at Rs 14,999 but now it costs Rs 13,999. The 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB variants are now priced at Rs 14,999 and Rs 16,999, respectively. This is after a price cut of Rs 2,000 on these two variants that earlier cost Rs 17,999 and Rs 19,999.
The new prices for the Redmi Pad is now effective, and you can purchase the tablet from Amazon, Flipkart and Xiaomi's online store. There's an instant discount of Rs 1,000 for the base model, and Rs 1,500 for the other two variants. The discount is applicable for HDFC Bank credit card holders, EMI transactions, and ICICI net banking customers until December 31st.

Redmi Pad is over a year old now so it might be questionable to purchase the product. But the tablet still offers most of what you get around the same price at present. It has a large LCD display with thin bezels, a decent chipset, and a battery that should run for the entire day on a single charge. You also get 8MP cameras on the front and back. You can also opt for the bigger storage variants if space is your concern.
