Alleged Samsung Galaxy Buds FE model

As reported by Galaxy Club, Samsung is working on a new Galaxy Buds. These upcoming earbuds would likely be the first non-pro release since the introduction of the Buds 2, which occurred over two years ago.

The report did not reveal any exact information about the earbuds apart from the model number SM-R400N. Additionally, it noted that the Pro model employs the SM-R5xx model number. Hence, this suggests that these earbuds might not belong to the Pro model series, but rather could potentially be the Galaxy Buds 3, Galaxy Buds 2+, or Galaxy Buds FE.

There is no official confirmation, but the report mentioned that it could be launched at a lower price. It is also expected to be launched alongside Samsung Galaxy S23 FE or the Galaxy S24. There’s a rumour that Samsung is working on a FE model for the Galaxy Z foldable as well.

On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is expected to be launched in India soon, as it recently appeared on the BIS certification website. It will likely offer a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a high 120Hz refresh rate, the Exynos 2200 and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoCs for different regions, a 50MP triple rear camera setup, a 12MP selfie camera, a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging tech and much more.

More information about the earbuds and the phone is anticipated to be revealed through further leaks and rumours in the coming days. Also, the company might soon come with an official note regarding this. Till then, stay tuned.
