“Samsung has already launched the handset in 16GB variant”
Samsung's budget Galaxy J-series smartphones have been quite popular in the country. Now, the Korean brand has gone ahead and launched the 32GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy J7 Nxt in India, and listed the device on its official website. Do note that the 16GB storage variant of the handset had been launched back in July this year, and is already retailing in the subcontinent for Rs 10,490.
To recap the specs of the handset, the Galaxy J7 Nxt ships with a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with HD resolution. The metal-clad smartphone has been equipped with a 1.6GHz octa-core processor for driving the performance. The processor is mated to 3GB of RAM, as compared to 2GB RAM in the model that was launched previously. As mentioned earlier, the onboard storage is 32GB, which can be augmented by another 256GB with the use of a microSD card. Out of the box, the handset boots Android Nougat with Samsung’s Experience UI on top. The smartphone also integrates the new AR Stickers pack, along with Samsung Pay Mini for digital payments.
Coming to the camera department, the Galaxy J7 Nxt gets a 13-megapixel shooter on the back and a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front. Both cameras are accompanied by dedicated LED flash units for enhanced low-light imaging and selfies. There is a 3,000mAh battery under the hood to fuel the handset through the day. In terms of connectivity, the phone offers the usual options, including dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ANT+, GPS with GLONASS and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Nxt 32GB is being offered in two hues – black and gold. It has been priced at Rs 12,990 and can be picked up from major offline retail stores across the country.
