The CAD renders of the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ have surfaced online, courtesy of OnLeaks in association with Digit and Smartprix. Like every year, both phones have a nearly identical design.
Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus design
The Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus share an almost similar design. The front has a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper and slim bezels across all corners. The volume rocker and power button are placed on the right edge. The USB Type-C port, SIM tray section, and speaker grille are present at the bottom. The top portion has a secondary microphone for noise cancellation.
Moving to the back, the large rectangular module for triple camera sensors is gone. Instead, we see individual camera lenses protruding out of the back ala the Galaxy S23 Ultra. We believe the camera specifications might be different on some levels between the two models. The Samsung Galaxy S23 can be seen in White colour while the Galaxy S23 Plus is seen in Black colourway.
Samsung Galaxy S23 series specifications (expected)
Samsung Galaxy S23 series is said to come with 25W fast charging support, as revealed by China’s 3C certification website. This includes the Ultra model as well and this is confusing since the S22 Ultra supports up to 45W charging speed. The phones are expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 globally.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to ship with a 200MP camera, which will be aided by a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens and 10MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom. It is said to get a 40MP selfie shooter on the front for selfies and a 5000mAh battery.
