Samsung Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Buds2 launched globally at the Galaxy Unpacked event earlier this month alongside the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3. While the foldable are currently up for pre-booking in India, the South Korean giant is yet to launch wearable products. However, that changes today as the company has revealed the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Buds2 India prices and availability details. The Galaxy Watch4 ships with top-of-line health-tracking features, a higher resolution display, and an improved Wear OS that is co-created with Google. The Galaxy Buds2 TWS come with a curved shape design that is claimed to offer a comfortable fit and offer an immersive audio experience.

Interested customers can pre-book the Galaxy Watch4 Classic, Galaxy Watch4, and Galaxy Buds2 through the Samsung website and across leading online and offline retail stores starting from August 30, 2021. They will be on sale from September 10th. Consumers pre-booking the Galaxy Watch4 series are eligible for an e-voucher worth Rs 6,000, while the Galaxy Buds2 are eligible for an e-voucher worth Rs 3,000. Additionally, the company is offering a cashback worth Rs 3,000 on pre-booking Galaxy Watch4 Series and Rs 1,200 on the Galaxy Buds2 across all leading banks

Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series specifications

Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 comes in two models: the regular Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. The latter comes with a slightly chunkier design, a rotating bezel, and looks similar to the Galaxy Watch 3. Both the variants will be available in 40 and 44mm sizes. The former sports a 1.2-inch Super AMOLED display with full-colour Always-on display and Corning Gorilla Glass with DX+. The 44mm has a large 1.4-inch screen. The smartwatch runs on Tizen OS that is based on the new Wear OS. It is powered by the new 5nm Exynos W920 processor coupled with 1.5GB RAM and 16GB storage.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series is equipped with sleep tracking, fall detection, menstrual cycle tracker, SpO2 tracking, ECG, optical heart rate sensor (PPG), electrical heart rate sensor, and a host of sports modes. The smartwatch is IP68 rated for water resistance and connectivity options include optional 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and NFC.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds2’s design is similar to the Galaxy Buds Pro. They’re said to last up to five hours on continuous playback and up to 7.5 hours with ANC off between charges. The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 supports ANC and has three adjustable ambient sound levels. They’re IP water-resistance rated and pack dynamic two-way speakers to deliver crisp and clear high notes. The earbuds have 3 microphones and there’s a machine learning-based solution for calls. They connect via Bluetooth 5.2 and support AAC, SBC, Scalable codecs. The earbuds pack a 61mAh battery each, while the charging case has a 472mAh capacity. There’s support for Qi wireless charging and fast-charging that can last 1 hour with 5 minutes of charging.
