Samsung revealed the details of new Chipset Exynos 5 Dual

Samsung’s latest chipset is Exynos 5 Dual and now Korean Tech giant has revealed all details about it. Exynos 5 dual chipset is for Tablet and smartphone devices. It is going to give superlative mobile power with the pair of Cortex A 15 cores. Samsung is making this processor of its own devices as well as for others companies too. The recent variant of this processor Exynos 4 was used in Samsung Galaxy S3. Samsung revealed all details about this processor and there are chances that Samsung is going to use this processor in its next flagship devices and maybe in the tablet that Samsung will launch next year.

This new processor called Exynos 5 will be having support for USB 3.0 and SATA3. There will be OpenGL ES 2.0 and the OpenCL support is also there in this processor. It will be having ability of driving wireless displays too. Samsung mainly used a separate subsystem for display in this processor. Samsung said that Exynos 5 dual will be having twice the performance comparing to its recent processor Exynos 4 which was also a dual processor. Samsung is also comparing performance of this processor to desktop processor. Exynos 5 will be having capacity of handling 2560 * 1600 displays with full 1080p video support, camera preview running and HDMI output too at the same time. Overall bandwidth of this processor is double than previous variant. Samsung says power consumption of this processor is going to be 30% down.
