Vivo V60 goes official in India with big upgrades in battery and cameras

Highlights

After the successful launch of the Vivo X200 FE (review) and X Fold5 (review), Vivo has launched the V60 smartphone in India. The handset is a successor to the Vivo V50 smartphone, introduced earlier this year, and carries forward some features that made it popular, including the wedding photography mode. The Vivo V60 features a Wedding Vlog, enabling the capture of short videos with music and effects. Additionally, the smartphone features an upgraded Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC, a massive 6,500mAh battery, and a 50MP telephoto camera with two new bokeh styles: Sonar and Plannar.

All these enhancements have resulted in a bump in the price tag. The Vivo V60 has been priced in India at Rs 36,999 for its base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, which is up by Rs 2,000 from the Vivo V50 (review). The Vivo V60 also comes in three other variants: 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB. Here’s a quick look at the pricing of all the variants:
