Acer has introduced two new AI-ready Acer Swift Go (SFG14-72) powered by the Intel Core Ultra processors, which feature the Intel Arc graphics processing unit (GPU) and Intel AI Boost, which is its new integrated neural processing unit (NPU). Acer says that students, professionals, and creators can leverage the Swift Go’s AI features such as Acer PurifiedVoice and Acer PurifiedView for videoconferencing and customisation tools.

Acer Swift Go 14 AI features
Thanks to Intel Unison and Windows 11 PC, users can pair their Android or ISO devices for a seamlessly integrated experience during file transfers, calling, messaging and device management on a single screen.
The Acer Swift Go features a 1440p QHD webcam. The Acer PurifiedVoice technology removes unwanted background noises and Acer PurifiedView enables background blur, automatic framing, and gaze correction.
The new Acer QuickPanel instinctively pops up when the laptop’s screen or microphone is detected. This will allow swift and easy configuration of the videoconferencing solutions.
The Acer AlterView utilises AI-generated depth maps to convert 2D images into animated wallpapers with 3D effects that can be viewed from multiple angles.
The laptop comes with Copilot, which further leverages AI to assist in work, creation, and play. This is designed to accelerate tasks, reduce friction, and save time. This also provides personalised answers, inspiration, and task assistance. Copilot can help summarise a web page, compose an email, change PC settings, generate an image, and more.
There is also the Acer Sense feature, which on a single click allows the managing of laptop performance, maintenance, and customising experiences.
