In a bid to woo existing and new users, telecom operator BSNL has announced two new Bharat Fiber broadband plans, including the Fiber Basic OTT and Fiber Basic Super. The OTT plan is priced at Rs 599 per month and provides internet speeds of up to 75 Mbps. Meanwhile, the Super plan costs Rs. 699 per month and offers internet speeds of up to 125 Mbps. BSNL Fiber Basic OTT and Fiber Basic Super broadband plans

According to reports, both the Fiber Basic OTT and Fiber Basic Super plans are accessible to new and current customers. Additionally, subscribers to these plans have the option to acquire a static IP address for Rs 3,000 per year for one static IPv4/6, subject to BSNL’s feasibility and policy.

BSNL Fiber Basic OTT

The Fiber Basic OTT plan costs Rs 599 per month and provides internet speeds of up to 75 Mbps. It includes a fair usage policy (FUP) of 4,000GB per month. After reaching the FUP limit, users can continue to access unlimited internet at a speed of up to 4 Mbps for the remainder of the month.

Additionally, the plan offers unlimited calling to any network within India and includes a subscription to the Disney+ Hotstar Super plan. This plan is available nationwide wherever BSNL FTTH services are accessible.

Fiber Basic Super

The Fiber Basic Super plan is priced at Rs 699 per month and provides internet speeds of up to 125 Mbps. It includes an FUP of 4,000GB per month. Once users reach the FUP limit, they can continue to access unlimited internet at speeds of up to 8 Mbps for the rest of the month.

This new plan also offers unlimited calling to any network within the country. Additionally, customers have the option to activate OTT services through add-on packs. This plan is available nationwide, except in the Punjab Telecom Circle.

Meanwhile, alongside the introduction of the new plans, BSNL has decided to discontinue several of its existing Bharat Fiber plans. Customers currently subscribed to the discontinued plans will automatically be migrated to the newly revised plans. These alterations are set to take effect starting April 1st, 2024.
