According to a September report by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Reliance Jio gained the highest number of new customers in July, closely followed by Airtel. However, during the same period, both BSNL and Vi faced challenges and lost customers.

As per the report, Reliance Jio maintained its position as the leading wireless service provider in the country with 442.49 million subscribers, followed by Airtel with 244.41 million users. Vi recorded 124.27 million users, while BSNL had 20.87 million.
