Honor Magic 6 design leak
Honor Magic 6 will feature three models — Honor Magic 6, Honor Magic 6 Pro and Honor Magic Ultimate, according to the tipster Digital Chat Station. There’s one that is said to come in a Porsche design, and this could be for the Ultimate variant. Based on the translation of DCS’s Weibo post, the three Honor Magic 6 models will differ based on the size.
The tipster further adds that all Honor Magic 6 models will feature an OLED display with a quad-curved design. The Honor Magic 6 series is also expected to feature two punch-hole cameras, while the vanilla and Pro variants will feature a round camera module at the back. The Honor Magic 6 Ultimate is expected to come with a squarish camera module like its predecessor, the Magic 5 Ultimate.
There are no details about the Porsche design but it’s interesting considering since the studio was previously associated with Huawei, Honor’s ex-parent company.
Honor Magic 6: what we know so far
Honor Magic 6 is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It’s also coming with on-device AI capabilities including a new virtual assistant called YOYO. It can answer questions, do various tasks, and help create video clips with photos and videos from the gallery.
Honor Magic 6 will also come with a new Magic Capsule that looks similar to the iPhone’s Dynamic Island. This comes with support for eye-tracking, which allows users to interact with the phone just with their eyes. Honor demonstrated this by using eye-tracking to open Uber.
In terms of specs, there isn’t much known yet but the Honor Magic 6 is tipped to come with a 66W charger, and a 160MP periscope camera.
