iQOO 12 series launch date tipped, battery capacities revealed via UFCS certification

• According to tipster, the iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro will be launching in China on November 7th.
• The company hasn’t officially mentioned anything at the moment but we can expect official teasers coming our way very soon.

Battery capacities

• The UFCS listing (via) reveals the iQOO 12 will pack dual 2,440mAh cells, with a combined capacity of 4,880mAh battery. There will be 120W fast charging support. 
• On the other hand, the iQOO 12 Pro will have a larger 4,980mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging support.

iQOO 12 series specifications

• Display: The iQOO 12 is expected to ship with a 2K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The Pro version might have a Samsung E7 AMOLED display and a 144Hz refresh rate.
• Processor: Both phones in the iQOO 12 series are likely to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.
• RAM/Storage: The iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro might pack up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
• OS: These phones are expected to run on Android 14 with Origin OS 4.0 custom skin out of the box.
• Cameras: The iQOO 12 series might feature a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 64MP telephoto sensor with 3x zoom and OIS, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor.
• Others: There could be an in-display fingerprint sensor, Hi-Res audio, stereo speakers, and possibly an IP rating.
• Colours: iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro could come in Red, Black, and White colours.
