iQOO 8 Pro price in India could be revealed soon as the phone is expected to arrive in the country later this month. However, it could launch as the iQOO 8 Legend in India.
The iQOO 8 Pro has been spotted on Google Play Console by Indian tipster Mukul Sharma. The screenshots of the listing give us a clear look at what we can expect from the upcoming budget-flagship device from iQOO. The iQOO 8 and iQOO 8 Pro models have already been speculated to launch in India soon as they have cleared BIS certification.
The iQOO 8 Pro Google Play Console listing shows that the device will be powered by the Qualcomm SM8350 processor, which is also known as the Snapdragon 888 chipset. Going by the 2.84GHz clock speed of the single Kyro 685 main core listed the chipset is likely the Snapdragon 888 as compared to the Snapdragon 888+ SoC deployed in the Chinese variant of the device. The Snapdragon 888+ chipset has a higher clock speed of up to 3.0GHz on its main core while being physically the same as the SD888. The iQOO 8 Pro will be running a custom skin on top of Android 12.
The iQOO 8 Pro listing also shows the 8GB of RAM coupled to the processor. Going by the past trends, the iQOO 8 Pro is also likely to get a higher RAM spec. iQOO also allows added memory in the form of swap memory. The iQOO 8 Pro Google Play Console listing also gets us a piece of information regarding the screen whose measurements are set at 1080 x 2376 pixels giving it a pixel density of 440PPI. The iQOO 8 Pro will also carry the model numbers I2017 and I2018 which presumably signify variants of the device.
