After launching the iQOO 11 series and iQOO Neo 7 SE in China, the brand is gearing up with yet another model, the iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition, according to noted tipster DigitalChatStation. He says the phone will have a flat display and feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen1 SoC. Besides these, the tipster has also revealed the RAM and internal storage of the phone. Before the iQOO Neo 7 SE launch in China, there were rumours about a device named the iQOO Neo 7s. It appears the same device could be dubbed the iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition in China.

The iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition is likely to be the Vivo V2232A that was certified by China’s 3C authority in November. The alleged iQOO Neo 7s (now Neo 7 Racing Edition) live image showed the front design and the model number iQOO PD2232. The handset will come with a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper and boot Android 13-based OriginOS 3 custom skin out of the box. In addition to the 16GB RAM, there is 8GB extendable RAM support as well.

Other key specifications of the iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition could include an AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and an under-screen fingerprint sensor. The iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition could feature a 50MP primary camera with OIS. It may house a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support but can’t be confirmed just yet.
