Mi 12 specifications
The latest report doesn’t shed any light on the Mi 12 and Samsung Galaxy S22 series specifications, but thanks to many previous leaks and reports we know what to expect from the upcoming flagships.

Starting with the Mi 12 specs, the handset is said to use the newly launched LPDD5X RAM, which pushes the maximum data rate from 6,400 Mbps to 8,533 Mbps. At its core will lie the Snapdragon 898 SoC that will reportedly come with four cluster core layouts, configured in a 1+3+2+2 structure. The chipset could have four efficiency cores with two configured at a high-frequency clock and two lower frequencies. The three cores in the middle of the structure would be the performance cores. In addition to this, the handset could support a 4,700mAh battery, while the Ultra variant of the handset may pack a 5,000mAh battery.
The Mi 12 Ultra is also expected to ship with Samsung’s 200MP sensor, which will support 16-in-1 pixel binning to produce 12MP shots. The handset, along with the regular Mi 12, could also come with 100W fast charging support, punch-hole display with curved edges, and ceramic back.
Samsung Galaxy S22 series specifications

The Samsung Galaxy S22 series, on the other hand, may debut with 25W fast charging and Snapdragon 898 chipset in the US and China. In India and other markets, the handsets could rock Exynos 2200 SoCs. Rumours are rife that the Exynos variants of the handsets could offer 45W or 65W charging support. Additionally, the Galaxy S22 lineup is said to feature 120Hz displays, up to a 5,000mAh battery, and 108MP cameras. The handsets’ design will largely be inspired by their predecessor. That’s all we know so far!
