Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition specifications

As its name suggests, the Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition comes with a 40-inch FHD (1,920 x 1,080) IPS panel with a 60Hz refresh rate. Xiaomi has tweaked the software on it a little. This new version of PatchWall (which is still based on Android 9.0, for some reason) allows users to navigate content from more than 25 content partners such as Disney+ Hotstar, Prime Video, and more. Some of its key features include Kids Mode, Universal Search, Smart Recommendation, Live TV and Sports, Mi Home, and more. The smart TV has a Chromecast built-in, too, allowing you to control it via Google Assistant. Alternatively, you can also use Xiaomi-branded AIoT devices.

Under the hood, an Amlogic processor powers the Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition. It has four ARM Cortex-A53 cores, ARM Mali-450 MP4 GPU, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage. Wi-Fi connectivity is restricted to 802.11 b/g/n, unfortunately, meaning that you won’t be able to connect the TV to faster 5GHz networks. Thankfully, there is an RJ-45 Ethernet jack included. A pair of 10W stereo speakers with DTS-HD handle audio. Lastly, the Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition has three HDMI ports, one of which is ARC (audio return channel) compliant, one 3.5mm audion hack, one S/PDIF port, and two USB Type-A ports.
