Netflix is expanding its offering of games to its subscribers. The streaming service will soon add Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy — The Definitive Edition to its collection of titles. Those interested can pre-register for these games on iOS and Google Play. These games will be available on the Netflix mobile app starting December 14th. Of course, users will need a Netflix subscription to play these games.

The Grand Theft Auto trilogy features remastered versions of the three games that made GTA the gaming behemoth that it is. These include GTA III, GTA: Vice City, GTA: San Andreas. However, at launch, these games were quite panned for their lack of quality. However, the developers have since implemented multiple patches to elevate the game’s quality.

In related news, Netflix might be on the receiving end of a lawsuit courtesy of the contestants on its reality game show, Squid Game: The Challenge. The show had 456 contestants taking part in challenges for a cash prize of 4.56 million. According to reports, two contestants who took part are considering legal action due to injuries suffered when filming the show. The contestants allege that the injuries happened during the ‘Red Light, Green Light’ challenge where they had to stand motionless multiple times before reaching the finish line. But the contestants alleged that they had to do this in cold temperatures. The report adds that Netflix did confirm three contestants receiving medical treatment but denies any serious injury claims.
