Nothing Phone (2) poll: tell us what you think about the Phone (1)’s successor

Nothing CEO Carl Pei finally announced the successor to the Phone (1) this week. The Nothing Phone (2) comes with a host of upgrades under the hood, especially the chipset. You now get a flagship-grade smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. These upgrades also mean the phone has a higher starting price of Rs 44,999. In terms of design, the Nothing Phone (2) looks similar to Phone (1) from a distance. However, there are some granular changes, such as a redesign Glyph Interface and a 3D curved rear panel.

Under the hood, the Nothing Phone (2) gets the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, a larger 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED display, 50MP dual cameras, a 32MP selfie camera, and a 4,700mAh battery with 45W charging. The Phone (1) in comparison gets the Snapdragon 778G+ SoC, a 120Hz OLED display, 50MP primary camera, a 16MP selfie camera, and a 4,500mAh battery with 33W charging support.

With a starting price of Rs 44,999, the Nothing Phone (2) competes in a new segment that sees flagship-grade phones from brands like iQOO, OnePlus, Google, and more.
