Ola Electric had rolled out a special Navratri discount offer for its electric scooter, the Ola S1 Pro where the company was offering a Rs 10,000 discount on its flagship electric scooter. Now, the company has announced that it is extending the offer till Diwali on popular demand. The Ola S1 Pro discount was earlier scheduled to end on October 5, 2022.

Ola S1 Pro price in India, offers

New buyers can avail the Rs 10,000 discount on the Ola S1 Pro till Diwali, and the company is also offering a Rs 1,500 discount on a five-year extended warranty package. Furthermore, the company has also extended the introductory price on the Ola S1 and it will continue to retail for Rs 99,999 (ex-showroom).

The Ola S1 Pro, on the other hand, usually retails for Rs 1,40,000 (ex-showroom). After the Rs 10,000 discount, the electric scooter will retail for Rs 1,30,000 (ex-showroom). As part of the festive season offer, Ola is also offering zero processing fee on loans and an interest rate of 8.99 percent.

Ola S1 Pro, Ola S1 specifications

The Ola S1 Pro comes with a 4kWh Lithium-ion battery pack that is claimed to offer a range of 181kms per charge. The Ola S1 Pro produces 11.3bhp of horsepower and 58Nm of peak torque. The Ola S1, on the other hand, uses a 3kWh Lithium-ion battery that offers a 141km range on a single charge. The Ola S1 also produces 11.3bhp horsepower, and 58Nm of peak torque. Both the Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro come with a 7.0-inch touchscreen instrument cluster which runs on the company’s Move OS 2.0 software.

Ola Electric is hosting a Diwali event on October 22, where the company is expected to launch a new, more affordable variant of the Ola S1 series electric scooters. The new Ola electric scooter launch has been teased by CEO Bhavish Aggarwal, who has been building up the hype for “One of the biggest announcements ever from Ola.”

While not much is known about the vehicle yet, it is speculated that Ola could price it around the Rs 80,000 mark putting it in the crux of the scooter segment in India.
