OnePlus 12 flagship is set to launch in China very soon. This will arrive as a successor to the OnePlus 11 and will be expanding to India as well. The flagship is already confirmed to feature a 2K BOE X1 OLED display. Now, ahead of the launch, OnePlus announced that it will be showcasing the OnePlus 12 camera capabilities at an event on November 9th. OnePlus 12 camera event

The dedicated OnePlus 12 event will be held on November 9th in China.
The company will be using OPPO’s camera expertise for the OnePlus 12 flagship.

The recent camera samples shared on Weibo were clicked in a coffee shop and all three images clicked are of the same spot but were captured from different distances.
The images show the phone’s zoom capabilities.
The OnePlus 12 is expected to come with a 64MP OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera with a 70mm focal length and OIS.
The camera will reportedly feature a 3x optical zoom.

OnePlus 12 camera specifications

The OnePlus 12 flagship is expected to feature triple camera sensors, including a 50MP Sony IMX966 primary camera with OIS, 1/1.4-inch, OIS and f/1.7 aperture, a 48MP Sony IMX581 ultrawide snapper, and a 64MP 3x periscope telephoto shooter. There could be a 32MP front camera sensor for selfies and video chats.

OnePlus 12 specifications (expected)

Display: The OnePlus 12 will feature a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO BOE X1 OLED display with an OPPO P1 display chip, and BOE single-pixel calibrating technology.
RAM and Storage: The OnePlus 12 is expected to pack up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage.
Processor: The phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with Adreno GPU.
OS: Android 14-based OxygenOS custom skin out of the box.
Battery: The phone could pack a 5,400mAh battery with 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging support.
