OnePlus' upcoming flagships — the OnePlus 7T and the OnePlus 7T Pro — are rumoured to be in the works already. While it's too early to be talking about the hardware changes and improvements over the existing OnePlus 7 series they might bring to the table, the alleged live images of the OnePlus 7T Pro have now surfaced online. Just like the current models, the successor also seems to embrace the pop-up selfie snapper as there is no notch upfront and also shows off the curved edges. There is a triple camera setup on the back alongside an LED flash.
The OnePlus 7T Pro could also have Quad HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate and the triple camera setup could consist of a regular RGB sensor, ultra-wide-angle lens, and a telephoto lens. The handset could be powered by the latest Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset and pack an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. At first glance, the alleged OnePlus 7T Pro live image shows the handset will bear a strikingly resemblance to its predecessor. Given the latter's design was largely appreciated, it's only practical for the company to repeat the same for its mid-year upgrade.
OnePlus 7T Pro will obviously run on Android 9.0 Pie with the latest OxygenOS skin on top, though we can look forward to the Android Q-based version, provided Google releases it in time. Details about the display size, RAM and storage options, and selfie camera are scarce at the moment. There's also a good chance that OnePlus might launch two handsets yet again. The mid-year OnePlus upgrades usually arrive sometime in November, so there's still so much time left to know more.
