OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro, OnePlus 9R, and OnePlus Watch prices in India (expected)

Well-known tipster Ishan Agarwal gave us a good idea about how much the OnePlus Watch will cost. It is set to retail at around EUR 150 (approx Rs 12,000). Ishan mentions clearly that converting the currency is pointless, as the regional pricing will vary significantly. Going by that logic, we can expect the OnePlus Watch price in India to be around Rs 9,999. Some unverified rumours on the internet suggest that the OnePlus 9R, OnePlus 9, and OnePlus 9 Pro prices in India could be higher than expected. The following table should sum it up pretty well. 

OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro specifications

Over the weeks leading up to the OnePlus 9 India launch, we’ve heard a lot about both smartphones. A T-Mobile support page confirmed several leaks about the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro. This time around, the differences between both OnePlus flagship smartphones will be marginal. For starters, they will run a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, coupled with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/258GB of storage. Similarly, the same 16MP selfie camera module will be used on both models. Lastly, a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support is expected to power both devices. The OnePlus 9 Pro will support 50W wireless charging over a new OnePlus wireless charger. 

The OnePlus 9 Pro is expected to feature a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO display clocked at 120Hz with dynamic refresh-rate adjustment. Its quad-camera array will consist of a 48MP Sony IMX789 primary sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX766 ultra-wide, an 8MP telephoto lens that offers 3.3x optical zoom, and a 2MP depth sensor. Moving on to the base OnePlus 9, we get a slightly smaller 6.5-inch FHD+ LTPS panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It will feature three rear camera modules; a 48MP primary lens, 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. 

OnePlus 9R specifications

That leaves us with the OnePlus 9R, which we recently found out will be a gaming smartphone. Very little is known about its specifications, outside of the fact that it could come with gaming triggers. A high-refresh-rate display and large battery capacity are almost necessary, given that its target audience is primarily gamers. The phone may be powered by the Snapdragon 870 or the newly-launched Snapdragon 860 chipset.

OnePlus Watch

We’ve learned quite a bit about the OnePlus Watch via official and unofficial sources. For starters, Pete Lau says that the smartwatch will not run Google’s Wear OS, but a custom version of OPPO’s in-house RTOS (real-time operating system). A leak from earlier told us that it would feature a 46mm dial, a heart rate monitor, and a SpO2 sensor. It will also come with IP68 water and dust resistance, and also a swimming mode. Other OnePlus Watch features include automatic workout detection, sleep tracking, and 4GB of internal storage. Lastly, the OnePlus Watch will arrive in both an LTE and non-LTE variants, each bearing a different price tag.
