Last month, OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau, had confirmed that the company is working on a new smartphone, dubbed, the OnePlus Nord N200 5G. A few days later, the brand also revealed an image of the OnePlus Nord N200 5G, showing its design in full. Moreover, tipster Evan Blass had recently shared the OnePlus Nord N200 5G specifications in full. Well, the leaks don’t seem to end. Today, the OnePlus Nord N200 5G specs have been spotted on Geekbench (via MySmartPrice), and they seem to be in line with Blass’ leak. Plus, the OnePlus phone has also been listed on the EVMCO certification platform, which confirms the model number of the smartphone.
OnePlus Nord N200 5G spotted on Geekbench and EVMCO
The EVMCO certification of the OnePlus Nord N200 5G reveals that the model number of the smartphone is DE2117. The same model number has been spotted on Geekbench as well. According to the Geekbench listing, the OnePlus Nord N200 5G is running a Qualcomm chipset with eight CPU cores, among which, six are clocked at 1.80GHz and two are running at 2.04GHz. Plus, the motherboard/chipset is listed to have a “Holi” codename. Going by the CPU configuration and the codename, it looks like this SoC is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G chipset.
The Geekbench listing reveals that the OnePlus Nord N200 5G has 4GB of RAM and that it runs on the Android 11 operating system. The OnePlus Nord N200 5G has scored 511 points in the single-core test and 1,615 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench 5.4.1. Considering that one of the configurations on offer will have 4GB of RAM, it looks like the OnePlus Nord N200 5G will be an affordable offering and it could be placed below the OnePlus Nord CE 5G that was launched recently.
According to Evan, the OnePlus Nord N200 5G will have a 6.49-inch IPS LCD with full-HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is claimed to have a 13MP + 2MP + 2MP triple camera setup at the rear and a 16MP camera at the front. The device is said to have a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging support. Connectivity options, according to Evan, include dual-SIM 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth v5.1, dual-band GPS, NFC, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. Last but not the least, the OnePlus Nord N200 5G is said to feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
