OnePlus OxygenOS 14 open beta rollout timeline and eligible devices confirmed

OnePlus confirmed the OxygenOS 14 based on Android 14 will debut on September 25th. Now, the company has released the OxygenOS 14 beta rollout timeline and the list of eligible phones that will be getting the update. This comes after the OxygenOS 14 Open Beta 1 started rolling out to OnePlus 11 in India and North America a few days back.

The list doesn’t include the OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro, OnePlus Nord 2,  original Nord CE and Nord CE 2, which means they might not get the update.

The OxygenOS 14-based on Android 14 is expected to introduce a range of new features. One among them is the new proprietary performance platform called the “Trinity Engine”. This is claimed to offer greater synergy between hardware and software and will also address challenges like higher power consumption efficiency, better multi-tasking capability, and more enduring fast and smooth experience.

There are six innovative technologies, including CPU Vitalization, RAM Vitalization, ROM Vitalization, HyperBoost, HyperTouch, and HyperRendering. OnePlus says that with Trinity Engine, phones are expected to become more faster and more responsive.
