According to tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings), the OPPO Pad Air (with the model number OPPO OPD2102A) has recently received the Indian BIS certification, which hints that the Indian launch of the OPPO Pad Air must not be too far away from now. Sadly enough, the BIS listing does not tell us anything about the specifications and features of the OPPO Pad Air. That said, we can expect the device to be more or less the same as its Chinese counterpart when it comes to the specifications.
The OPPO Pad Air features a 10.36-inch 2K display with a 60Hz refresh rate, a 225PPI pixel density, and 360 nits typical brightness. Under the hood, the OPPO Pad Air comes powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, which is coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage, which has scope for further expansion by up to 512GB with the help of an external SD card.

In terms of software, the OPPO Pad Air boots Android 12-based ColorOS 12 skin out of the box. For photography and videography, the device has an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. The OPPO Pad Air features quad speakers with support for Dolby Atmos and USB Type-C audio. The tablet measures 245.08x154.84x6.94mm and weighs 440 grams. For connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB type C. Lastly, the OPPO Pad Air has a 7,100mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
The OPPO Pad Air price in Cina starts at RMB 1299 (around Rs 15,100) for the 4GB+64GB model, RMB 1,499 (around Rs 17,500) for the 4GB + 128GB version, and RMB 1,699 (around Rs 19,810) for the 6GB + 128GB variant.
