“OPPO PDHM00 has dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity and Android 10 software, and the phone could launch soon enough”
A mysterious OPPO phone with model number PDHM00 has bagged Wi-Fi Alliance certification, as discovered by 91mobiles. The phone has dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) connectivity support and boots Android 10 OS out of the box. This is the first time we are coming across this model number, so there is very little that is known about the smartphone. The OPPO PDHM00 could be a mid-range phone and it may break covers in the coming weeks since it has appeared on the Wi-Fi Alliance website.
Separately, OPPO is gearing to globally debut Reno 3 soon and it will have different internals than the Chinese variant that was launched in December 2019. 91mobiles recently revealed the phone would come with a MediaTek Helio P90 SoC, 48MP quad-camera setup and a 44MP selfie camera. These specifications are similar to Reno 3 Pro that was launched in India earlier this month.
OPPO Reno 3 specifications
The OPPO Reno 3 is tipped to flaunt the same 6.4-inch Full-HD+ display and will be powered by the MediaTek Helio P90 chipset coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The quad rear camera setup will consist of a 48MP primary sensor with f/1.8, a 13MP telephoto sensor with f/2.4, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.4, and a 2MP mono sensor with f/2.4. The cameras will be backed by dual-LED flash, 4K video recording, and hybrid zoom.
On the front, it’ll have a 44MP sensor, which is an upgrade from the 32MP unit. OPPO Reno 3 will have a 4,025mAh battery with fast-charging support and will boot Android 10 OS with ColorOS 7 custom skin on top. There will be an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
