Highlights

OPPO seems to be working on a new detachable phone, according to a patent that was spotted by 91mobiles. The patent was filed at the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) back in December 2019 and was published today. The images in the patent show a detachable screen that can be attached to the primary device, which looks similar to LG dual-screen phones. The primary screen is being termed as a master device, while the detachable screen is called a "slave" in the patent. Unlike on the LG phones, the slave aka the secondary screen works even after it's being detached from the master device.
