According to noted tipster Digital Chat Station, the Realme GT Neo 5 will feature a 6.7-inch 2,772×1,240p 1.5K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the Realme GT Neo 5 is said to come equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which will likely be paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS4.0 storage.

In terms of software, the Realme GT Neo 5 is likely to run on Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 skin out of the box.
